Good find! but that was after the 2 audited comment in the late summer.....part of that statement backs up the 2 audited comment as well. Moving to the BB requires audited books mind you. So its a forward looking comment of off the base position from earlier.
Thats why its so important to be able to follow all info and asimilate it accordingly as we hear more and more. Each comment does not stand alone. it is an additional thought or a greater, more accurate guidance as to what has changed since the last update.
