lol, well they needed to reduce the HUGE A/S to get the stock up and running in order to dump into so they offered a 90% debenture deal to existing investors (suckers) and ran it up to 0065ish then sold it down to bidless the scums screwing the debenture holders then cancelled the debentures screwing all the holders !
