Yes,and his reply was to address the share issue if the ppl
remains stagnant after uplisting occurs. This stock would get a HUGE boast if the share number decreased. The owners would not
lose as they would be better off with the increase in ppl.

Prespective buyers would be more apted to buy if less shares exist
and the chance of dilution was nill. You can pump a stock, but it
has to have strong value to the buyer.
