I think PR and Axis learned not to send out storys that were about possible deals... when the ink is dry is I believe the right and proper way to send out news...
My own feeling is when they started publishing potential deals the stock did get a lot of notice... why? because the product and its patent are indeed a technology that could be very useful in this day and age... I am not sure that a P & D plan was in effect by the principals of the company... as we all know many P&D organizations out there find a stock... quietly build up a nice large position in it and then start the pumping with mass emails etc... This was successful with Axis... I made a killing a couple years ago when it happened as I had found the stock before the P&D guys did their thing... But... IF this was a P&D stock then surely within the last 2-3 years it would have happened again... and I see no indication that is has...
Sadly in these days of the internet and other fast speed information most feel all things should move just as fast. The reality is government and corporations still move at a snails pace. Deals that were in discussion for years do not come to fruition instantly... I still feel there are deals in the works... you dont put ballasts in govt buildings for no reason... it takes years for the govt to act... budgets are written 4-5 years out for major corporations... Patience will pay all who understand the ways of business these days and hang around long enough to cash in...
