The lack of buying right now has 100% nothing to do with what the long term value of this company could be, nore does it have anything to do with what the short term value of this company is. I have done a ton of research here, and it's quite clear we are very undervalued at these current prices right now. The only reason there is not much buying is because people are waiting to get in. I explained this quite well in a post I made yesterday, but basicly because we are a pink sheet company, and one that has greatly increased in value over the past few months, people are waiting for big news that shows us to be a crediable company and or news that shows more transparency.
This could be anything from a JV to us simply uplisting to the OTCs/BBs. Once this news event happens, people with flock here and our pps will greatly increase, much more so of course if the news is a JV instead of uplisting. But both would be very good for this company.
The reason why I say this company could easily and realisticly hit those prices is because a single joint venture could be with 10s of millions of dollars. If we sell a property, that could net us 10s of million up front with a nice % of profits for the lifetime of the mine. Thats a single deal there. We have 7 properties that we could do deals on, with 3 of them currently at the stage where they could be ready to deal. A single deal could take us to around the $2 mark, add a few more into the mix and you should get the picture. Right now this company is worth around 5 million on paper give or take some based on their current assets which is not factoring in what "could" be in the ground on their properties.
If we sell a property and get $20 million for it and then earn a % on future profits, that right there would change the value of KATX literally over night by 3 to 5 times. And again thats just one deal. We got 3 properties we could deal at anytime, and 4 more that are not all that far behind.
If we hit a pps around 10 bucks, KATX would not be the first mine exploration company to do this, nore the last. It's happened a decent number of times before. UXG went from .30 to $3.50 on test drilling alone......
