I just recieved a call from Jan. Evidently, he didn't recieve my emails but he did return my call. He says to continue to be patient. The deal is still being negotiated between the lawyers. He did say something about new lawyers. He said that he is just as frustrated with things dragging but that Carl is in China, India and Malaysia and he isn't there just for the fun of it. He said that he wouldn't be doing this if he didn't believe in the company. He also said that he has known Carl for 40 years and he has no reason to mistrust what he says. He said that the financials will be out on March 31.
