Haven't looked at this for some time now. There must be a God in Heaven,(or someone somewhere...).

Somehow, I got a good friend and former client from my brkoer days into a "bridgenote" ($25,000)in August of 2008. Terms: 8.0% coupon, paid quarterly, with the IDEA of converting into $1.00/share, 25,000 shares upon finding a reverse-merger canditate. Upon the R/M, he would have received a 1:7 Reverse split, 175,000 shares @ a cost of (I'm guestimating) $.175/share?

LUCKILLY- Client/friend was uncomfortable with the number of changes in the business plan, the consistent delays, etc.
Result: 1 or 2 months after the R/M that took ZENG public, he
bi***ed & moaned enough that he got his $25,000 REFUNDED, AND got paid in full all of the interest in the time they "used" his money.

Now I still have at least one friend...
