Great post and I agree except for one point. If it is a "common shareholder" wanting controlling interest I don't view this as a bad thing. This person would still have the wealth of "know how" working for the company in terms of making cabinets and displays. If that person has that deep a pocket then most likely they know how to make money and look at exph as worth the investment. You don't get to be rich by being stupid. So, if the person wanting controlling interest is transparent with our business, post financials on time, keeps the sales force moving the stock will take care of itself. JMO
