ballyman,
The suit has been filed. 15 public shareholders (BKMP shareholders) signed proxies. Unless I am mistaken, that will allow any BKMP shareholder to get any benefit that the suit accomplishes. We have joined in with other direct TFN shareholders. The number of shares of the original TFN shareholders (including our 3 million shares) who are participating in this lawsuit is WAY OVER 50%. It is believed the sheer number of shares represented will at least make the Canadian courts listen to our side of the story. Sandy is NOT involved on either side.
First step, prove that TFN is not going bankrupt like the Mayhem boys are trying to say so that they cannot take away our rightful ownership. If that doesn't happen, no further action will be worthwhile. If it does, there will be additional plans. Ideas on how to maximize our value have been tossed around, but nothing is certain on that count. If you have certs, I wouldn't use them for toilet paper yet.
I can say that the lawyers seem to think we have a valid case and there has been a lot of discovery. The suit got filed later than expected because twice it was ready to file and more information came to light that went into the filing. When I get a web site to access for information, I'll pass that along.
Good luck to us all.
