Maybe that can be asked this way.......

Was Bill P. from BOT board wanting to be involved thus his departure when negotiations didn't go as planned for him, yet his advertising for his seminars remain on the BOT board along with him remaining as monitor even though he hasn't posted in sometime.

I find those factors interesting.
