Can someone answer for me a question? If this stock is so undervalued as a penny, it will still be undervalued after the R/S no?

If this stock is undervalued after the reverse split, won't the PPS rise after the their next PR?

Been a rotten day for sure but I don't think it's over yet or maybe I'm just in denial?
