whatever, they are going to dilute from $8.00 where it opens up tomorrow, and will fall like a rock. it was stupid of them to r/s the stock here with so few shares outstanding. they should have just increased the as and issued enough shares to cover the merger. simple as that. nobody r/s a a 74 mil share structure. simply ignorant.
