its easy... look at the chart in the ibox.. today it went up.. hey that was easy... you don't need someone to make a pretty chart... just look at them.. indicies are at the tops.. its overbought... indicies are at the bottom its over sold...

now to put that in laymans terms... overbought.. sell.. oversold buy...
