The point value of the triangle by itself is .15, that is the width of the "mouth" or difference between the pattern support and resistance lines at the pattern start. Add .15 to a breakout that would have to occur at ~ .42 if the premise is right and you get .57.

Now, if a bull flag, I take the bottom of the "flag pole" (rising action up to the triangle from about .07 to the top at about .47 for a value of .40. Add this to the bottom of the current continuation support at ~.35 and you have .75 target.
