That's my point. Naysayers are using that logic as "proof" that the deal is false. That's not proof, that's opinion. Guess we'll know tomorrow.

Haters will be sad if they are wrong; and so will peeps like me if the deal never materializes.

Deal on the merits of the company, not on the hopes or fears of the inexperienced.
