"Earnings for the 4rd quarter of 2009 will be negatively impacted by approximately $1.4 due to an non-cash charge against earnings from the disposal of certain unusable assets resulting from the closure of the Zhaoyuan facility which was mandated by city government to make way for a residential housing development. Without this charge, net income for 2009 are estimated to be about $3.8 million"
