I'm not sure either...but I guess we will find out !

When you compare SIVC now to the same SIVC that broke .01 in 08 there IS no comparison. SIVC right now is in the best financial shape its ever been since I've followed it.

What drove it to a penny ?

The DIVI announcement....along with a few clients announced that never materialized due to the economic meltdown.
