Dec 13, 2004 (streetinsider.com via COMTEX) --Consolidated Edison, Inc. signed an agreement to sell 100 percent of its wholly owned subsidiary, Consolidated Edison Communications Holding Company, Inc., to FiberNet Telecom Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: FTGX) for approximately $37 million in cash.
