Ryan, we've already stated the negatives very clearly and plainly... but here's a recap just to name a few:
1. after a year, product only in a few stores
2. no revenues reported to date
3. 9.8 billion A/S which is almost maxed out
4. 5+ billion share diluted by BW with nothing to show for it.
5. nascar race team purchased by BW and daisy with shareholder money.
6. don't know ownership of KOMA unwind (DLR?)
7. many promises by BW unfulfilled (some outright lies)
8. no marketing or advertising for products except a failed and financially wasteful sponsorship through nascar.
9. crappy/free website for beverage company
10. trading at an all time low of .0001 - .0002
11. many distributors named in PRs (many which turned out to be fluff and the majority not actively distributing any of our products.)
12. a CEO with a failed history doing business (ie. failed construction company, failed race fumes, failed potencia which can't be found anywhere)
13. potential for RS very strong, destroying all shareholder value.
14. no return on shareholder investment... no corvette.
15. where's the KOMA coffee promised on FEB 1st?!?
16. PRs touting an international presence that can't be verified because it doesn't seem to exist.
17. promised transparency through blog/chat, conference calls, video and newsletters but nothing of substance provided yet and most forms of promised communication never followed through on.
on the flip side, you very generally stated:
