The only way this volume is happening at this trading level is if shares are being introduced into the mix from QAI. Nobody in their right mind would be dumping millions of shares at this level...nobody. There is tons of volume, but much of it is at the Bid. I'd be happier to see this volume at the ASK personally. Being that it is at the bid, it means sombody is getting rid of shares. I am skeptical that this is buy back, as that would mean (according to my scenario), that Quasar is buying the shares it is putting into the market....this doesn't make any sense.
Mind you...somebody IS loading up in a huge way...this is for certain. What I don't understand is where these shares are coming from.
