Hi Connie, Right now I'm playing/setting up a new laptop as mine was around five years old. I'm in the lower Hudson Valley in NY now, just 20 minutes from Jersey (a girl has to have her shopping on Rt 17 in Paramus haha and her Jersey tomatoes!) I don't fly so Portland is out for me, it would take me a week to get there but am going to Indy and then Pittsburg, if I have the money in June. I will have the money in June! Indy is 10-12 hours and Pittsuburgh should take around 8? Thank you for the welcome, I'm a HOLDER of quite a bit of CDIV and am going to learn to read charts and make money with all of you. I can't wait! I people marked you long ago, would do it agian if I could. Marked a lot of you! I love reading all the posts you all make, don't chime in as much as I'd like, I can hardly keep up with reading the two boards I follow but love all of you! Being part of the Den is like being in my second home
