I agree, this low P/C (as well as very big short position by commercials on three major indexes) is not a perfect timing tool and is likely to be early sign of a coming decline.

I like your map; IMO, however, in order to get a decent Christmas/early Jan rally we need more down, ideally this week. I would like to see at least one big down day, something like 30-40 points on nasdaq.
