i would assume the propert is pretty remote ....but as for lying on the ground cmon thats not believable ...all that tells me is no humans have walked the property...i really doubt thats possible...you cant sit here and tell me no one has ever hunted the property....and if the above is true every hunter and there brother or hikers whoever would be stuffing there back packs ....i know if it was me and i saw gold i throw my gun in a stream just so i could carry the gold out....what would you do shoot bull winkle or stuff your pockets?
