So you believe that the mystery buyer is going to fork over approx. 105 million in cash and investors will receive a penny per share next month for their stock in this company?

If this is true, why isn't the investment banker of the purported mystery buyer out in the open market buying every share of stock they can get their hands on up to within 80 to 90% of the purchase price?

You must not understand how investment banking works.
