Anytime between now and in the early part of 2005. If the high wasn't put in on December 3rd, then it will come within 6 weeks. Right now the markets are so bloated, it would be just plain stupid to fork over thousands and thousands of dollars to some mutual fund for investing, 2000 all over again... Deja vu.
