Actually, I do not agree with this at all.

There are multiple frameworks that are stipulated and created in the bill that are aimed to reduce costs in the long term. However, they can not be reasonably scored by the CBO, nor do they fit the narrative of those opposed to the bill. Therefore, no one for the bill seriously discusses them, and those against the bill just pretend like they don't exist.

It's just a reflection of how little thought many have put into this bill, especially given the importance of the issue (socially / economically) for the nation.
