Have enjoyed the discourse between you and WEAR... I have no doubt Nicosan will survive, whether XeChem does is moot, however we have all come along for a long time (some of us six to eight years) and are willing to see this through to whatever transpires. I am quite satisfied to have this in the courts since eventually there will be a decision and we all move on ... phew ! lol ...
