I can see some are debating the OS vs AS vs 40% thing. Dean publicly announced that the AS has been increased to 1.5 billion. with that in mind, expect the OS to reach 1.5 billion also. Its irrelevant if the cap is at 900 million or 1.1 billion. Under the current vote, when we wake up to see that someone is reporting that the OS is at 1.5 billion we know we are capped until dean decides to dilute the stock further. They have been letting the stock run and slowly diluting the OS. I'm sure if they wanted to they could dilute it on one day to tank the stock sub penny.
