We believe that we are currently the leader in injectable abbreviated new drug applications, or “ANDA”. Since June 1, 1998, when we acquired 14 pending ANDAs, we have filed 109 applications with the FDA and received a total of 87 product approvals through December 31, 2009.

We currently have over 30 ANDAs pending with the FDA and over 70 product candidates under development across our oncology, anti-infective and critical care product categories.
