I am happy to report that Vancouver looks beautiful most of the time 
But...there are only 100 cents in a dollar and everything costs money...so...you can have government sponsored programs (e.g. healthcare) and pay for it through taxes or you can decide what to use your 100 cents for...there I go, thinking out loud again
