I think they are simply providing liquidity. If you look at it from their point of view if you have a day where ECGA trades 4 Million shares the price range shouldn't be .0002 to .0004. 4 Million shares vs. the 13 Billion outstanding! The price of the stock shouldn't even make a peep with so few shares traded compared to the shares outstanding.
