obviously i dont understand the metrics of big number accounting, but my gut tells me, if a BK filing was virtually imminent,

i probably wouldnt be shoving 43mm dollars out the door. i mean, i realize it cuts the liability factor, that much is obvious. but, cash is king, particularly when in negotiations.

whatever, i have mixed feelings about BBI. we'll see what pans out.
