DLR associates applied for the trademark for Potencia as well as Koma Unwind. They also have pending applications for trademarks on "chillaxation drink" and "chillaxation coffee".

Potencia (the beverage) is owned by Potencia USA, LLC, of which BW is "co-founder and president". I presume Daisy (DLR) is the other co-founder.
