The fact remains that it doesn't matter who owns the trademark if its not BBDA. BBDA could go belly up completely negating all shareholder value and BW could still have the brand to sell under a different company or even a revived BBDA. That's what people are talking about when they ask what assets BBDA has. The apparent answer is NONE. People have already repeatedly asked the appropriate parties what BBDA's assets are and not gotten an answer, so spare me the "why don't you write to [e-mail] and ask" deflections.

And seriously...the fact that its an application, not an approval doesnt mean squat. Do you see an application made by Bebida Beverages for the same trademark? No. Stop trying to find a needle in a haystack and then claiming the haystack is made of needles.
