What a farce it is. If a stock doesn't file, it should be automatically halted & then automatically deregistered after X months if it still hasn't filed.

And there just desperately needs to be some kind of sanction against insolvent trading for directors.

Something like Telynx, where the directors can do a moonlight flit & the stock keeps trading, is just ridiculous
