I'm not sure. I agree w/ your numbers but I don't think our little market for QASP shares is operating at that level of rationality. I'm not saying that I wouldn't love the news. I would and I think most longs would be excited. But I don't know how much more $$ the longs here have to throw into QASP. I think it may be the case that the $350M has to hit before we start getting new investors. Then, when there's movement, the price should begin to be informed by such factors as the MS contracts. I'm just guessing and perhaps I'm perceiving more skepticism than is warranted. You might be right. We shall see.
