Now is the time to buy more before the next PR comes out.
I just bought 50K more at .026. I think the Co. has to sell to pay for new installs. One day we will be very glad and Tuna and others that are loosing patience will be left behind.
If N.Y. and Ca. come in it will snow ball to all the US prison systems.
Hard to imagine what the stock could be worth.
