I agree - it would prove that Weber is a complete liar and that the company is just here to use shareholder money to fund their racing.

I don't care if it was a small r/s just to get the SS below 1 billion. Knowing Weber he would do that, but then cap the a/s at 1.5 billion just so he can do it again.

Hope he doesn't do either - hope he does a buyback like he told everyone, but I don't see it.

the way it looks though - I see a r/s. But that's JMO
