Two factors were mentioned on the board which may influence markets in the next few days: first, EOM window dressing and, second, deadline for insider selling according to old rules.

Trying the criminal thing: lower tomorrow but up on Thursday and Friday.

Does it make sense to you or these two factors are non-events?
