Megola's net loss for the six months ended January 31, 2010 vs. six months ended January 31, 2009 was $201,403. The Company has an accumulated deficit of $6,075,178 as of January 31, 2010. These conditions create an uncertainty as to Megola's ability to continue as a going concern.
