CCME - It also states in the agreement that the Founding Shareholders will pay the Performance Adjustment amount, not the company. So any payment made in shares under the agreement will be taken from the Founding Shareholders not from a new issuance of shares by the Company. Similarly, any cash payment will come from the Founding Shareholders and not the company. Just thought I'd clear that up.
