I don't want to say Dean is lying this time but call him and ask how many people he told the max OS would be 400-450mil and its more than double now?????? Did he lie mislead or really not know what is going on but it went way past what he said???? ASK Dean if he lied about the 15mil bridge loan. Ask Dean if he LIED about a 20% buyback....and if he says no then ask him why the OS started going up immediately after the AUG 26, 2009 PR Ask Dean if the PR about 4 acquisitions not closing because he couldn't get all the people in one location is a lie or misleading when it appears it didn't happen because he didn't have the money..???? ASK Dean why he has pump the 350mil dollar loan when he really didn't have it....nor was he even close to having it????or ask Dean if the loan terms he PR'd were a lie or he just forgot to tell shareholders that 40% of the OS is going to the lenders....and what a coincidence he didn't say anything until the AS was maxed. Or ask Dean if he lied when he PR'd that two acquisitions have closed and the names can't be released until the customers and vendors have be notified.....I think he is working towards three months on that aspect........No names = more BS.


ASK DEAN IF HE EVEN KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LYING/MISLEADING or the TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because IMO DEAN has 100% lied to and mislead shareholders so he can dump 100's of millions of shares at artificially inflated prices based on his lies.
