I was told that on April 1st all of the Iraqi employees will start receiving their paychecks at the reduced amount. (please correct me if I was informed wrong).

Also heard that decisions on sanctions and possible reval will be on hold until the election results are final. ( please correct me if I was informed wrong).

HERE'S THE SCENERIO:

The possibility of the election results not being finalized by the end of the month is a likelyhood. If this does happen and the reval doesn't happen, how in the heck are the employees of Iraq going to get paid the same amount of pay they were getting this month? Their paychacks will depend on the reval to happen. This could be very bad for them.
