Track the genres people are signed up for, and GZFX will be able to move the resources they are currently wasting on determining demand for titles to improving customer service. With the genre specific pricing, people will be a) getting the movies they want... and more quickly (GZFX will have a greater awareness of exact demand for the titles) b) paying for only the movies they want c)receiving better customer service.

Right now the people who are most interested in online rentailing are people who desire new movies (movies that are not new releases are cheaper... it's not worthwhile to pay $16/month for older movies). Netflix...BB... no one has targeted the people who do not desire new releases... there is a huge opportunity for whichever company reaches these customers first.
