This company has also gotten their filings up to date and are working on a reverse merger.
IMO we are seeting the first part - Reverse
When the merger follows one will be able to at least get their money back and perhaps even amke a profit if they got in this in the last month or so.
Just takes a little more than a double and you are back to even.
Any kind of merger with a small OS and float and that is doable.
Remember that ths float NOW will be much smaller than the 5M OS.
