When negotiations start or commence and a decision is reached, it would need to be OK'd by the JV partner prior to release.

A confidentiality agreementis a prerequisit even before any negotiations starts.

To me it is not prudent to publically speculate on such matters.

Better to wait for a news release from KATX before counting the nuggets!

However I am very positive on KATX.
