Who am I? Just your basic lawyer, but I don't play one on TV. I don't really do securities work anymore but I've worked on lots of stock recapitalizations over the years.

You and I had a couple of PM exchanges about 10 years ago on SI. Once was when you put in an after-hours bid of something like 1/8 on a $40 stock, and someone put in a market sell and you were filled -- until they voided the trade as "clearly erroneous." I still tell that story.
