Hmm... I dont think KATX will be wrapped up in any of that. Remember... these guys are in the exploration phase. They aren't going to put in an application to work for vale... lol

So much is staked out for KATX. That's like saying you discovered a $1 billion dollar diamond mine and you're going to let your neighbor buy you out for $100 million and you're going to work for him too. So that PR on Vale doesn't really relate too much to KATX.
