In my reading of the company data they have issued prefferred shares equal to the face value of the tendered bearer bonds, so this value cannot be attributed to increase the value of the common stock. The common has two things going for it: 1. They may be entitled to some or all of the value of the interest due on the bearer bonds. 2. If the value of the bearer bonds holds up, the company will have a huge increase in working capital to invest in their oil properties which should enhance the value of the common stock. THAT SAID the past history of this company is nothing to write home about..so good luck.. and CAVEAT EMPTOR,,, we may have something great or more empty promises
