When my clients have done it, it's usually been as a dividend.

Why did your clients opt for a dividend instead of a stock split. yOU SAID FUCK TAX TREATMENT? WHO CARES; bUT THERE MUST BE A REASON THEY WENT OR DIVIDEND INSTEAD OF SPLIT
